  Thank you, Damian Petaccio, and all the staff of Cattermole-Klotzbach, for taking such good care of our family during the planning of our father's services. From the first time I spoke with Damian, after my father passed, through the settling of the account, his empathetic demeanor and professionalism never wavered. He gently guided my mother, brother and myself through this difficult time, offering suggestions when we weren't certain. Damian's ability to accommodate every situation and the people involved, was excellent. His exceptional relationship with the church, cemetery and restaurant following the services, helped things run smoothly and offered my brother and I the ability to stay close to Mom. Thank you Damian, Bob, Justin and Josh and all the staff I did not learn the names of. You are all incredibly wonderful to work with and we are forever grateful.

  I wanted to express my gratitude to the wonderful people at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach and, in particular, Damian Petaccio.
  
  When my father passed, our family called Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach funeral home. The staff was professional and accessible, but even more importantly, compassionate, which is a very delicate balance to achieve.
  
  Because my husband and I live overseas, the logistics in planning my father's funeral were complicated, but Damian was wonderfully accommodating; he waited until we were able to book our flight to Pennsylvania and then made the funeral arrangements based on that timeframe. That, I’m sure, was no small feat. I am grateful to Damian for always being available to us and accommodating all of our last minute requests.
  
  Guiding a grieving family is an intimate process and I will always be thankful for the support shown to our family.

  5 years ago my brother had passed away and my family was told about Cattermole-Klotzbach and I could see why they were recommended to us. The compassion they had was so genuine. It was a hard time for us with emotions and heartache that thinking clearly became impossible but the they were already on top of it all.
  So when my father recently passed away remembering how grateful my mom was for them with my brother they are who I had called as well. With that time gap between, the compassion and respect didn't change. That made me feel at ease & I knew my dad was in good hands. The communication was constant and informative about everything. Even though this is a business not once was I made to feel like it was. They are a rare find of people who are truly amazing. I really appreciate you and everything you do.Thank you so much & your forever in our hearts!!

  Losing a parent is hard.
  
  I apologize it took this long and I would be remiss to wait another day to to express my deepest appreciation for everything you all did for my family when our father passed.
  
  Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home handled what was the most difficult time in my life with professionalism, thoughtfulness, respect and most of all, compassion.
  
  Damian, in particular, never made it feel like anything we asked was too much trouble. He anticipated and was prepared for every need and step we would have to go through. He was compassionate, thoughtful and we were blessed to have him lead us. It takes a special kind of person to go that extra mile.
  
  We absolutely made the right decision by choosing Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home.
